For the web app, you will need to create a cloud account to subscribe. If you subscribed to a Pro plan in the past, you have not lost any tool access. A file only counts towards your subscription limit if you uploaded it. If someone else shares a file with you from their Drawboard PDF cloud account, it will not count towards your upload limit. No you don't! If you share a review link to someone, they don't need a paid subscription to view and access your documents. Drawboard PDF cloud file limits are based on the uploader's Pro level.
You can subscribe to a Drawboard PDF subscription either in-app which uses the Microsoft Store billing system or Apple Store billing system , or you can subscribe in the Drawboard PDF web app which uses a third-party payment processor. We offer Drawboard Projects as a sideloaded. Your File Access Limit is defined by how many files you have access to across all projects you are involved in. You can send invitations to external parties to read or collaborate on drawings and documents. Once access is removed either by an expired Guest Access link or by removing a project member, that person will not be able to view the project contents any longer.
Guest Access grants temporary, limited-time access to your project. For example, you might want to invite a contractor to review a set of drawings for just five days.
